We welcome the new mentor of the Central Asian Mentor Platform - Shachi Patel (USA).

Shachi is an expert in leadership programs and leadership development and runs her own consulting company, her client base made up mainly of employees and executives of many prominent Silicon Valley companies. She’s worked for such large companies as Yahoo, NVIDIA, and UPLIFT.

She has higher education in engineering and PCC certification (Professional Certified Coach, Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Shachi’s a coach and mentor for the Techwomen program, women leaders in Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
